1. We provide assessments, plans, therapy and re-evaluations/reviews based on empirical practices.
2. We provide supervision of the clients at all times.
3. Coordinate and complete all required documentation.
4. Coordinate and case manage educational, therapeutic, continued care services as a BCBA
5. Develop Treatment plans, participate in developing ISP, IEP, IFSP, and attend CFT/ART in person when possible or by phone.
6. Arrange for and support the implementation of Behavioral Support Plans in our Therapy Center, community, or home environments.
7. Develop, implement and engage the client in creative, purposeful activities that address the needs stated on the Treatment Plan, while developing self-awareness and self- esteem to complete tasks as independently as possible.
8. Develop, practice and implement individual decision making skills to ensure success as a productive member of his/her community.
9. Increase and develop healthy relationships between family members though the use of multiple activities including horses.
10. Submit reports according to guidelines.
11. Maintain personnel files as required by state and funding source.
12. Ensure that the behavior change principles of ABA are taught and used by staff and the methodology of teaching is DTT (Discrete Trial Teaching).
13. Ensure that data is taken on a weekly basis, reviewed, and reported.
14. Provide all possible services as contracted for, meeting the state standards for any therapy, evaluations, and reports as required.
15. Maintain staffing to meet the needs of all clients, to train any staff or other providers or family members while all people are on the property.
16. Provide 1 to 1 or group training for family members or guardians of clients in a structured setting that has been pre-arranged.
17. All staff will maintain records, on- going training and required supervision.While this is not an exhaustive list, we will continue to grow and improve our skills and techniques to ensure the most professional, up to date programs as possible.
